A Quick Update on Supply & Delivery
You may have seen recent news regarding Headlam, one of the major distributors within the flooring industry, which has entered administration. This is causing some uncertainty around the availability and delivery of certain products. We are in close contact with our suppliers and are managing every customer order individually, in the order it was placed with us, which we feel is the fairest approach. We’ll keep you updated as soon as we have confirmed information and are doing everything we can to keep orders moving. We appreciate that this can be frustrating and inconvenient, and please be assured that we understand, as we’re navigating these challenges ourselves too. Your patience, support and understanding are genuinely appreciated..
SOME OF THE CARPET & FLOORING BRANDS WE WORK WITH
